A visit to a local fire station where a friend works was a highlight for both kids as they pretended to drive, explored the truck and even tried on some gear.
A visit to the children's museum is always a treat and reveals the kids' newest interests. Alivia kept busy catching plastic fish and James migrated toward anything that moved.
Check out my new look...a fall on the kitchen floor left me with a chipped tooth so hopefully by the time I'm ready for permanent teeth, I won't be so accident prone.
Say "Cheese"! James loves cameras and automatically says "cheese" when a camera is pointed at him. He also enjoys walking around with toy cameras saying "cheese".

Alivia has always loved books and now is able to share her love for them by "reading" to James...at least at the few rare times when he is sitting still.
